Default judgment against Michael Jackson copyright infringer

Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, Inc. v. Cha, et al., 2011 U.S.Dist. LEXIS 20021 (C.D. Cal. 2011)

Honestly, this isn’t that interesting of an opinion unless you want to see how the court calculates statutory damages when there’s a default judgment for copyright infringement (17 USC 504(a)) and California publicity law (Cal Civ. section 3344.1).
